Hello Jing,
I was trying to use the SetRangeDataFormat property and using the example you have, but it does not find the DecimalPlaces, NegativeStyle, and UseSeparator for the unvell.ReoGrid.DataFormat.NumberDataFormatter.NumberFormatArgs

Hi Shane, by my test the correct syntax for VB.NET looks like:
sheet.SetRangeDataFormat("A5", CellDataFormatFlag.Number,
New unvell.ReoGrid.DataFormat.NumberDataFormatter.NumberFormatArgs With {
.DecimalPlaces = 4,
.NegativeStyle = NumberDataFormatter.NumberNegativeStyle.RedBrackets,
.UseSeparator = False
})
