ReoGrid supports several file formats, especially the Excel and RGF format are often used to load or save workbook or worksheet template files. There are some difference between the Excel format and RGF format.

Basically ReoGrid own features that are supported by RGF format; Chart, floating objects etc. Excel features are supported by Excel format.
