如何复制工作薄

如题，我想复制一个工作薄，然后在复制后的工作薄操作。这样就不影响 原workbook的内容了。我试了试将旧工作薄中的worksheet复制出来一个个加。可是也不行，好象只能复制添加工作表到本身。
有什么好的解决方案吗？
