CellDataFormatFlag.Percent does not handling data like excel

Hi, I would like to report a bug. or I would say a suggestion.

CellDataFormatFlag.Percent flag is used to specify a percentage data cell. However when edit a cell with this flag set, it behavior differently from excel:

ReoGrid:
    Enter 0.5, show 50%

Excel:
    Enter 50, show 50%

Is there a way to change the behavior so it use the same convension as Excel.

Thanks Tao for your suggestions! This should be fixed if different from Excel.
