Not hide border, when hide rows
grid.CurrentWorksheet.HideRows(1,3);
is logical expect that there will be no borders ...
because the border is in the middle of row.
I understand that, the third ("4") row has border too, but ... 
This is not critical and terrible, adding another row solves the problem, but somehow illogical
