To reproduce the error:
1. Open file in Excel or create new
2. Input in any cell date in dd.mm.yyyy format (for example, 06.09.1980)
3. Set cell format as short date - dd.mm.yy (you will see 06.09.80)
4. Save file
5. Open file in any ReoGrid program/editor
6. Navigate to or read test cell
7. You will see the result as dd.00.yy (06.00.80)
